Summary:
This regiment is an Army Reserve unit within 4th Brigade with its headquarters located at Simpson Barracks, Macleod in Melbourne and with depots at Sale and Bandiana.
The role of 4/19 PWLH is to provide specified individual and collective light cavalry capabilities to support, sustain and reinforce Army’s operational forces. 4 Brigade capability directive essential tasks are to support School of Armour and mounted support to FPCG and RRF.
